Exchanges and returns are available only in case of a manufacturing defect in the product.
- Exchange/Return Period: Any defect must be reported within [3 days] from the date of receiving the order.
- Procedure:

- Clear photos showing the defect in the product must be attached.
- Shipping Costs:
- If a manufacturing defect is proven, we will cover the shipping costs for the return or exchange.
- Conditions for Exchange/Return:
- The product must be in its original condition, unused and unwashed.
- All original tags must be attached to the product.
- Cases Not Covered by Exchange or Return:
- Exchanges or returns are not accepted due to a change of mind or incorrect sizing.
- No requests will be accepted after the specified period has expired.
- Products purchased during sale periods cannot be exchanged or returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Note: Each case is handled individually after the product has been inspected by our quality team.
