Exchange and Return Policy

Exchanges and returns are available only in case of a manufacturing defect in the product.

  • Exchange/Return Period: Any defect must be reported within [3 days] from the date of receiving the order.
  • Procedure:
    • To submit an exchange or return request, please contact our customer service via [email , WhatsApp or Facebook].
    • Clear photos showing the defect in the product must be attached.
  • Shipping Costs:
    • If a manufacturing defect is proven, we will cover the shipping costs for the return or exchange.
  • Conditions for Exchange/Return:
    • The product must be in its original condition, unused and unwashed.
    • All original tags must be attached to the product.
  • Cases Not Covered by Exchange or Return:
    • Exchanges or returns are not accepted due to a change of mind or incorrect sizing.
    • No requests will be accepted after the specified period has expired.
    • Products purchased during sale periods cannot be exchanged or returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Note: Each case is handled individually after the product has been inspected by our quality team.
